Welcome to our community website!

We’re so glad you’re here! Our neighborhood is a place where we take pride in keeping things clean, safe, and beautiful for everyone. Whether it's a friendly hello as you pass by or working together to keep our surroundings tidy and safe, we all play a part in making this a special place to live.

Rules & Regulations

As a homeowner or resident please review and adhere to the community Rules & Regulations. Below are rules that need extra attention by some residents:

  • Trash containers must be returned to the trash enclosure as soon as possible after pick-up.
  • Please avoid litter by placing items securely in trash and recycle containers.
  • Yard debri must be in cans and not laying on the ground or it will not be picked up. Heavier branches need to be hauled away at the owner's expense. The city will not pick them up anymore.
  • All pets must be leashed when outside the unit. No pet may run at large within the subdivision.
  • Children’s toys must be stored inside the unit when not being used. You may lock bikes to your patio fence. This will also prevent theft.
  • The trash enclosure used only for trash containers and grills. Anything else should be stored in the storage closet in the outside foyer area or on your patio out of sight.
  • The SPEED LIMIT in Oak Meadow is 15MPH.
